Our CSA Philosophy
What exactly is a meat CSA?
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. It is the best way to support your local farmer and have your local farmer support you by giving you the best pricing available.
The principle is simple: you pay one flat fee for a specified period of time and a predetermined amount (in weight) of meat is provided to your family each month during that time period.
